Terms of use

This agreement is between myoverseascall.co.za (The Supplier) and the yourself (The User), with details as mentioned in the registration form.
By signing up for this service, you agree to to the following terms:

1. Personal information

1.1. You agree that all details supplied are correct at the time of registration

2. Supplier service levels

2.1. Calling destinations are subject to availability and are provided without any guarantee of quality or uptime.
2.2. Due to the fact that we rely on external suppliers and networks for interconnection, we are subject to their availability and quality of service. 
2.3. However, should a service become unavailable, we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and keep you informed regarding progress.

3. Termination of service

3.1. The service can at any point be ended by The Company or The User without prior consent of the other party.
3.2. Should you have remaning credit in your account, it will be refunded, less costs, should there be any.
3.3. Automated mass registrations from a single computer are considered abuse and will not be tolerated. The IP address will be banned and related accounts removed. If you feel that you have been unjustly banned, please contact us to restore your account.

4. Privacy

4.1. Your IP address may be recorded from time to time as a security measure or indication of your location for localisation purposes (time-zones can be established in this way).
4.2. Cookies may be retained on your computer. These will not contain any malware and will serve only to preserve user data and preferences across site logins.
4.3. We do not support spam and so will only send out permission-based communications.
4.4. You may receive a one-off sms if your account has been dormant and you have not been using the service.
4.5. Your personal details will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
